Please login to your user panel, and click on the platforms section. Then you can download MetaTrader 5 for any device you want.

How can I send a ticket through client area?

Please login to your user panel; in the Support> Help desk section on the right side of the page that opens for you, click on New Ticket, then select the category of the topic you want to raise a ticket and describe the title and text of your request. Your ticket will be checked by the relevant department, and they will answer you as soon as possible.

Country restriction
